(ilovewildfox, fashion gone rouge, trashed fashion)

Currently lusting after feathers and braids in abundance, a legitimate reason to live out of a suitcase, military inspired outerwear worn over layers of white, and suitable party attire for the boy’s birthday weekend.

Off to purchase my first SLR and then heading to the park to test drive my new toy.

Post pics later!

The boy and I headed to Carnaby Street and spent an incredibly enjoyable night at My-Wardrobe‘s party for their newly launched denim bar. The blue neon space featured a bespoke bar designed by Mark Lawson-Bell, the creative genius behind Conduit Street’s Sketch, and incredible DJ sets by Tom Crane and CSY. We thoroughly enjoyed sampling the lethal my-martinis, munching on mini burgers and scotch eggs, and even had a playful stint in their photobooth complete with a “glamorous wind machine.” If you are in the neighborhood, head to 38 Carnaby Street today or tomorrow and check out the space.

Sadly my iPhone died halfway through the party…a sad sad moment. Hopefully O2 will be able to fix this problem asap. Anyone else feel slightly incomplete without their mobile?! How will I email, tweet, text on the go?!

(just jared)
While trying to ignore the frantic rants of our crazy taxi driver, I spotted a pack of paparazzi outside the Matthew Williamson store. I assumed they were waiting for Sienna, but would have stuck around to see this amazing look in real life if I had known. Instead I had the most amazing time at the My-Wardrobe launch party for their pop-up denim bar. I’ll post pics from the event later today, but I just had to share this lustworthy Sienna Miller look. Is anyone else dying for her shoes?!

Forever 21 lace top, Zara leather shorts, Topshop headband, vintage chains, Ashish for Topshop wedges.

I have been informed today will be our final sunny day, so I am taking it as a fitting sign to book a holiday in the near future. Not completely sure where the wind will take us, but I guarantee scorching hot temperatures. Sorry about the unhealthy attachment to these Grey Ant sunglasses, but they have been surgically attached to my face since my generous Mother handed them to me during her visit. Maybe tomorrow’s predicted rain will convince me to dabble in make-up again, and actually show my face.
Until then…

(10th Muse)

Spent this beautiful day on a long drive up north running tedious errands for work. A very disappointing reality seeing as temperatures are set to drop starting tomorrow. I would have loved to wear a variation on one of these outfits if I had been lucky enough to be cycling around London, rather than being stuck in a cramped car.

Maybe tomorrow…

Tibi dress, Balenciaga bag, Topshop sandals, H&M feather necklace and bangles, Miss Selfridge headband.

We have based the entire weekend around soaking in as much sun as possible. Notting Hill has been buzzing non-stop since Friday afternoon, and the fight for a table outdoors is as brutal as an Alexander Wang sample sale. We have learned the sidewalk is a definite seating possibility, white wine spritzers work as a satisfying refreshment in scorching heat, and the dog has a slight obsession with potato latkes. My only wish is this heat would remain for longer than a measly weekend.

P.S. Three days in and the Chanel tattoos are still as clear as ever. I think they may last for quite awhile. I highly recommend them for their quality and fun factor 🙂

Neighborhood dress, Asos boots, Christopher Kane for Topshop bag, Chanel tattoos.

Last night was littered with a jumble of random coincidence, and probably too much fun. The boy and I wandered around the corner to a house party, which happened to be hosted in a flat where I actually resided several years back. Not only does our friend live in my former flat (Morgan do you remember the mice?!), but she also happens to have my old room which looks more or less identical to the sleeping quarters of my past. Weirdly enough, that was not the only random happening. Lets just say it’s a very small world…but we were happy to meet new friends, enjoy cocktails out of plastic cups, and stumble the short distance home in a giddy, drunken daze.

On another note, I finally got around to using the Chanel tattoos I purchased in Paris. After a few mistakes I managed to achieve my desired look, and they actually appear pretty real. I definitely shocked a few friends who had never heard of Chanel faux tattoos 😉

Topshop dress, boots, and beanie, H&M jacket, vintage necklaces, Grey Ant sunglasses.

I am impatiently waiting for London’s first summer worthy weekend to begin. After digging through my crammed wardrobe and rediscovering several unworn but very loved items, my restless nature reignited and so came with it a jammed social schedule. We will be partaking in random house parties, catch-up pub lunches, champagne soaked park afternoons with the dog, and excitement fused planning for the future. The addition of sunshine to each activity makes it that much better.

I experienced love at first sight when viewing this collection. Every piece would slot perfectly into my wardrobe, and could easily solve most of my “what to wear tonight” moments. Australian designers are currently leading the pack as my fashion favourites.
