Last night the boy and I attended Maddox’s “Carnival of Horrors” for dinner and a general spooky night. The boy went all out on two types of fake blood, the staff were unrecognizable through ghoulish facepaint, and several sets of cat eye contact lenses completely freaked me out. As the plans were pretty last minute, I didn’t go full force on my costume, but Halloween week has only just begun so I promise more next time!
