voco the Franklin New York is perfectly located at the heart of the Upper East Side and ideal for families looking for a NYC getaway. The brand by IHG Hotels & Resorts has all the benefits of a trusted world class hospitality property and the charm of a personal boutique hotel. We loved the vintage entrance and cozy lobby where they welcomed us with local treats and a seamless check in process. The guestrooms are stylish and comfortable with high quality plush bedding and bathroom amenities, and the staff even went out of their way to set up NYC themed colouring books and snacks to welcome our children to the city.

The neighborhood is a true highlight of voco Hotel properties and The Franklin is no exception. We were surrounded by the shops of Madison Avenue, a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and only a few blocks from Museum Mile. Ever and River went to the iconic Ancient Playground located in Central Park daily and we couldn’t resist a visit to The Met. The front desk staff always had great tips and suggestions and even introduced us to Bocado, an intimate and ambient eatery right across the street from the hotel.

Greenwich Village is always one of my favorite areas in NYC, so I was excited to finally introduce it to Ever and River and stay at the stylish The Walker Hotel Greenwich Village.
