The staff at Canopy by Hilton were consistently helpful in booking taxis, making reservations, and giving advice about how to optimise our trip and we felt right at home in our spacious and decadent guest room. We enjoyed the modern amenities including a fully equipped gym, stunning rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and even a mezzanine area where we could work or unwind with a book. The gourmet buffet breakfast each morning incorporated regional specialities and a made to order egg station, and the hotel is even connected to a sprawling outdoor shopping center where you’ll find all your usual chain shops, eclectic spots to buy souvenirs and a wide array of restaurants and bars. Only a 10 minute walk away is one of the most stunning beaches in hotel zone and just a short taxi ride will take you to all the area’s popular beaches. You can easily discover somewhere new each day or hop on a ferry to a surrounding island for a fun day trip. We loved this option while staying in Cancun as it gave us the opportunity to acquaint fully with the city and regional sights over just staying at a single beach resort. A great choice for families, couples or solo travelers craving five star luxury and service alongside amazing location and amenities.
