Sorry for the absence of outfit posts, but when you are constantly covered in snowflakes and the ground is ankle deep in fresh powder cute footwear is not a priority. I have experienced my hair turning into icicles, improved greatly in skiing, fallen in love with hokkaido’s fresh scallops and salmon, can no longer imagine consuming breakfast without a breathtaking mountain view, believe sake could easily replace the soft spot I hold for white wine, decided pocket handwarmers are a daily necessity, and am pretty certain an onsen and massage is the ideal way to unwind at the end of the day. We depart in a few hours for Sapporo and then TOKYO! I heart Japan 😉
