Nestled along the iconic Pacific Coast Highway, the resort offers sweeping ocean views, Spanish-inspired architecture, and a warm, laid-back elegance that sets the tone for an unforgettable family getaway.

Traveling with two kids, we were immediately struck by how effortless the experience felt. Our spacious room gave everyone plenty of space to relax, and thoughtful touches from plush bedding to a private balcony overlooking the ocean made it feel like home with a luxurious twist.

The highlight for our little ones was undoubtedly the resort’s family-friendly pools and waterslides, which provided endless hours of fun. We loved that attentive poolside service meant we could unwind with a cocktail or snack while still keeping an eye on the kids. The resort’s direct access to Huntington Beach was another bonus. A quick stroll across the pedestrian bridge brought us to the sand for surfing, sandcastles, and unforgettable sunsets.

Dining at the Hyatt Regency was just as memorable. From fresh coastal cuisine at Watertable to casual bites by the pool, every meal felt elevated yet approachable for families. Even the kids’ menu was thoughtfully created, which made dining a stress-free pleasure.

Whether it was mornings spent by the pool, afternoons at the beach, or evenings exploring the charming local area, the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach delivered on every level. It is a rare find, a luxury resort that truly understands families.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells was truly one for the books. It is the kind of resort that makes both kids and parents happy with plenty of fun for the little ones and the comfort and luxury that make a family trip feel like a real getaway.

We stayed in one of the resort’s two-bedroom villas, and it honestly felt like our own little desert retreat. The villa had so much space with two en-suite bedrooms, a big living and dining area, and even a private terrace. The kids loved splashing in our plunge pool while we relaxed nearby, and having a grill right outside made it easy to enjoy meals together in our own space.

Of course, the pools were a huge hit. Between the water slides, splash areas, and plenty of spots to swim, the kids could have spent the entire trip there. One day we treated ourselves to a private cabana, which made pool time even more relaxing. The food options made it extra fun with quesadillas, tacos, burgers, and even fresh pizza from Palmadoro’s truck. The kids’ menu was a lifesaver too.

While the kids played, I managed to sneak in some relaxation at the spa and a morning workout in the fitness center. Just walking the resort grounds was a treat because the desert setting is stunning.

One of our favorite evenings was dinner at Tía Carmen, where Chef Angelo Sosa shares Southwest flavors inspired by his aunt. We tried the fluke crudo and the market fish a la plancha, both so fresh and delicious. The stylish setting and warm service made it feel really special.

This resort gave us the best of both worlds, family fun and grown-up indulgence. We left with so many happy memories and are already talking about when we can come back.

When my family and I stayed at Moxy South Beach, I was impressed by how well it captured Miami’s lively energy while still offering a sense of comfort and ease. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s playful design and colorful décor set the tone for a stay that felt both stylish and family friendly.

Our guestroom was bright and thoughtfully designed, with smart storage solutions that made settling in simple. It struck the right balance between modern style and practical comfort, something I truly appreciated after long days exploring with kids.

The pools were a highlight of our stay. We spent sunny afternoons by the main pool, where the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and we also made time to enjoy the rooftop pool with its incredible ocean views. Having complimentary loungers available right on the beach was another huge plus, making our beach days feel effortless.

Dining at the hotel was equally enjoyable. Serena Rooftop quickly became a favorite, thanks to its delicious Latin inspired dishes and breezy open air setting. It was the kind of place that worked just as well for a family dinner as it would for a night out. Mornings started off smoothly with the continental breakfast in the lobby, a convenient and family friendly way to fuel up before heading out.

I also loved the way the hotel encourages connection. Between the inviting lounge spaces and lively courtyards, there was always a spot to relax together. The complimentary daily bike rentals were another thoughtful touch and gave us a fun way to see the neighborhood at our own pace.

The location could not have been better. Just steps from Ocean Drive and within walking distance of Miami’s iconic Art Deco District, we had history, culture, and entertainment right at our doorstep. It gave us the flexibility to experience the buzz of Miami while knowing we could return to the comfort of the hotel whenever we wanted.

For my family, Moxy South Beach was more than just a place to stay. It was the perfect base for creating lasting memories. With its prime location, welcoming design, and thoughtful amenities, it made our time in Miami both exciting and easy, which is exactly what I hope for when traveling with kids.

Staying at Loews Coral Gables felt like coming home the moment we stepped into our Corner Suite. The kids immediately claimed the cozy living area while we sank into the king bed and sunlight poured through the windows. Mornings were leisurely with breakfast at Americana Kitchen, where fluffy pancakes and classic American breakfasts became our little ritual, and midday we loved the easy poolside lunch delivered to our private cabana, which gave us shade, chilled drinks and a comfortable spot to watch the little ones splash. Evenings at Americana Kitchen felt special; dinner was thoughtful, flavorful, and somehow both grown up and family friendly, so we could savor a cocktail while the kids enjoyed their favorites. The suite’s generous space made packing, naps and family games simple, and the staff were warm and helpful, arranging extra towels, local tips and small touches that kept stress away. Five star facilities and services including a state of the art fitness center, full service spa, friendly concierge, and the alluring swimming pool ensured a comfortable and luxurious stay. If you want an easy, memorable family weekend in Miami, book the Corner Suite and a pool cabana at Loews Coral Gables—we already can’t wait to go back.

When we first arrived at Hotel Magnolia in Santiago, it felt like stepping into a secret world where history and modern elegance meet. Nestled in the heart of downtown, right by the leafy Parque Forestal and within walking distance of cultural treasures like the Museo de Bellas Artes, this boutique gem immediately set the tone for a stay that was both luxurious and welcoming.

The property itself is simply stunning. Hotel Magnolia combines the charm of a beautifully restored historic mansion with sleek contemporary touches that make every corner feel stylish and inspiring. From the moment we entered, we were surrounded by thoughtful details from the elegant marble floors to the soft lighting and artful design choices that made us feel both at ease and quietly spoiled.

The guestrooms and suites are pure five star sophistication. Spacious, beautifully styled, and filled with luxurious details, they offer a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Our room had plush bedding that made us want to linger in the mornings, a serene colour palette, and a sense of calm that contrasted beautifully with the vibrant energy outside.

What truly sets Hotel Magnolia apart, though, is the service. Every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth, remembering our preferences and offering little touches that made us feel like family. Traveling with kids, this level of care and attention meant so much and made the experience feel effortless.

Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The restaurants are amazing, offering creative dishes that highlight fresh Chilean ingredients with a modern twist. Each meal felt special, whether it was a leisurely breakfast before a day of sightseeing or a fine dining dinner paired with local wines at DeMo.

And then there is the rooftop. Alluring and chic, it offers one of the best views in the city, especially at sunset. Sitting up there with a glass of wine while the city lights began to sparkle was pure magic. It was the kind of moment that reminds you why you travel, to pause, to savor, and to create memories together.

Hotel Magnolia is more than just a stylish property. It is a place where design, comfort, and heartfelt service come together, and it gave us a Santiago stay that we will always cherish.

Our stay at Aubrey Hotel Boutique in Santiago turned out to be one of the highlights of our family trip to Chile. Tucked away in the colourful Bellavista neighbourhood, the hotel felt like a little sanctuary in the middle of the city. We loved being just a short stroll from the funicular up to Cerro San Cristóbal, perfect for a morning adventure with the kids before retreating back to the calm of the hotel.

We stayed in two of the garden suites, and they were just beautiful. High ceilings, original architectural details, and elegant touches made the rooms feel special, while still being cozy enough for us to really relax as a family. The thoughtful modern comforts, like the jacuzzi bathtub, were a real treat, especially after a long day of walking around Santiago’s markets and museums.

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the rooftop pool. Floating in the water while gazing out at the neighbourhood rooftops was such a memorable moment. For us parents, it was also the perfect spot to sit back with a drink in hand and soak up the afternoon sun.

We also fell in love with the public spaces at Aubrey. From quiet mornings with coffee in the leafy courtyard, to late afternoons sipping cocktails in the cozy lounge, the hotel always had a little corner that felt just right. The gardens and terraces were especially inviting and we often found ourselves lingering there longer than planned, just enjoying the calm atmosphere before heading back out to explore.

In short, Aubrey Hotel Boutique felt less like a hotel and more like a welcoming home base, full of charm, warmth, and character. It was the perfect balance of family-friendly comfort and grown-up elegance, and we would go back in a heartbeat.

When we planned our trip to Buenos Aires, I knew we wanted a place that would make it easy to explore the city but also feel like a comfortable home base for our family. The Buenos Aires Marriott turned out to be exactly that and then some.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were kindly welcomed and enveloped in the grand property.  But it was our guestroom that really won us over. Spacious enough for all of us to spread out without tripping over each other’s suitcases, it had big windows that framed views of some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. In the mornings, I would sip my coffee while the kids pointed out the historic buildings below, like having our own private postcard view.

The location could not have been more perfect. We were just steps away from historic sites, bustling plazas, and some of the city’s best cafés. We could wander to the Obelisco in minutes, explore nearby theatres, or hop in a taxi for a short ride to Palermo’s parks. Being so central meant we could come back to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again, which was a lifesaver with little ones in tow.

One of our favourite parts of the stay was the food. The hotel’s restaurant served up fresh, flavorful dishes that pleased everyone, from empanadas and grilled meats to pasta for the kids. The club lounge became our go to spot for a quiet snack break or an evening treat. The view from up there, especially at sunset, was breathtaking.

What really made the difference though was the service. Every staff member we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From offering tips on family friendly activities to arranging a taxis and reservations, they seemed to anticipate what we might need before we even asked.

By the time we checked out, we all agreed that the Buenos Aires Marriott had given us the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and care. It was not just a place to sleep, it was part of what made our Buenos Aires adventure so memorable.

If your family is looking for a place in Buenos Aires that feels both special and comfortable, the Vain Boutique Hotel in Palermo is a wonderful find. Housed in a beautifully restored early 20th-century townhouse, it has all the charm of old Buenos Aires paired with a fresh modern twist.

The rooms are bright and airy with plenty of space for spreading out after a day of adventures. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and sleek interiors. The minimalist design is calming, but you will also spot thoughtful little details that make it feel welcoming rather than cold.

Mornings here start with a generous continental breakfast of fresh croissants, breads, pastries, fruit, and made to order eggs served in a light-filled dining space. For families, this means everyone can fuel up before heading out without the hassle of finding a café.

The rooftop terrace is a favourite spot for winding down together. We loved relaxing with sunset views and the plunge pool is an ideal addition.

Location wise, we were just a short stroll from Palermo’s leafy parks which are perfect for a picnic or playground time, trendy boutiques, and cosy cafés.

A cozy, affordable, family friendly choice for families visiting Buenos Aires.

On our recent trip to Buenos Aires, we stayed at the Hilton Buenos Aires in Puerto Madero and it quickly became more than just a place to sleep. With its striking modern architecture and prime spot by the docks, it was the perfect base for exploring the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.

The lobby is breathtaking, with soaring glass ceilings, sunlight streaming in, and a sleek contemporary style. What made the biggest impression though was the service. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with sweeping views of the city skyline and Rio Dique. It felt luxurious yet still cozy, the kind of space you look forward to coming back to after a day of wandering San Telmo’s cobblestone streets or exploring the parks of Puerto Madero.

We enjoyed relaxed dinners at Alberto’s Lobby Bar where the hummus and chicken became family favorites. The heated rooftop pool was another highlight and a huge hit with the kids, especially on warm afternoons.

The location could not be better. We were within walking distance of many of the city’s top sights, yet tucked away just enough to escape the busy streets when we wanted to slow down.

The Hilton Buenos Aires gave us the best of both worlds, a central base for adventures and a quiet haven to return to each night.

If you’re dreaming of a place that combines modern luxury, genuine warmth, and a location that puts Buenos Aires at your feet, Hotel Madero is exactly that. Nestled in the chic Puerto Madero neighborhood, this five-star gem became our perfect home base for exploring the city’s history, culture, and charm.

For our stay, we had a spacious suite for ourselves and a twin room right next door for the kids, both with their own private balconies. That little detail made such a difference. Each morning, we would step outside to watch the city slowly wake up over coffee, while the kids plotted the day’s adventures from their own balcony next door.

The suite itself felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room, complete with a cozy living area, a dining table big enough for family snacks or a round of card games, and huge windows that filled the space with natural light. The kids’ room was equally comfortable, with plenty of space for them to sprawl out and unwind after long days of sightseeing.

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The team at reception greeted us like old friends, the concierge shared thoughtful tips for family friendly activities, and housekeeping kept everything sparkling without ever feeling intrusive.

Location wise, it could not be better. We were an easy walk from the waterfront promenade, the iconic pink façade of Casa Rosada, the colorful San Telmo Market, and countless parks and plazas where the kids could run off some energy. Whether we were in the mood for history, food, shopping, or just soaking up local life, it was all within reach.

We also made a point to dine at Red Resto, the hotel’s own restaurant, which quickly became a favorite. Think Argentine classics such as melty grilled provoleta, perfectly seared steak, and fresh seafood served with a modern twist. Even the kids found plenty to love.

And when we were not out exploring, we were enjoying the hotel’s rooftop spa, indoor pool, and gym, all with sweeping city views. The pool was especially popular with the kids, while we loved unwinding in the spa after a busy day.

Hotel Madero struck the perfect balance for us: luxurious without being stuffy, family friendly without sacrificing style. It is the kind of place where you can start your day with a sunrise coffee on your balcony, spend hours exploring one of the world’s most vibrant cities, and come home to a space that feels every bit as welcoming as it does indulgent.
