We loved the sophisticated design, with natural textures, beautiful furnishings, and generous outdoor spaces that make it easy to spend entire afternoons relaxing in your own little sanctuary. The resort also offers spacious two-bedroom residences, perfect for families looking for extra room and privacy.
Days here are wonderfully relaxed. The main swimming pool is beautiful, with a lively yet laid-back pool bar where we enjoyed refreshing drinks between swims. The lagoon is equally inviting, with crystal-clear waters perfect for cooling off and enjoying the surrounding scenery. There’s also a well-equipped fitness centre, spa, and plenty of opportunities to explore the ocean.
One of our favourite things about RAH GILI MALDIVES was the dining. The resort offers an impressive variety of restaurants, and we loved having so many different cuisines to choose from.
Juliette became a favourite for leisurely breakfasts and lunches, particularly its delicious Asian dishes. La Tavola served comforting Italian classics, including wonderful pastas and fresh seafood, while Spicy Ginger impressed us with its authentic, fiery Asian flavours. Dining on the overwater deck while watching reef sharks swimming below was particularly memorable.
Another standout was Maakeyolhu, where traditional Maldivian recipes are transformed into beautifully presented fine dining creations. We loved discovering familiar island flavours interpreted in such a creative and sophisticated way.
