We had an amazing surf vacation at Hooked Cabarete. The inviting and tranquil property is ideal for a family getaway where you’ll meet new friends and discover the vibrant Cabarete and Encuentro Beach area. Surrounded by lush greenery and just a few minutes walk to the popular surf beach you’ll find plenty to do if you’re travelling with active children. Ever and River loved their surf lessons with Pauhana Surf School where their incredible coaches ensured they had fun while catching the waves. They not only taught them the necessary skills but were animated and engaged ensuring the kids laughed and played while learning. The relaxing swimming pool at Hooked was a welcome respite after a morning on the beach and we made full use of the facilities including a bbq, ping pong table, and private outdoor patio. Our family studio was spacious and easily slept our family of four. The kids loved sharing the bunk beds and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals.
