You can’t help but fall into the fairytale that are Melissa Bui’s designs. Each intricate embroidered bead, flash of candy floss pink, and ethereal dream inspired print brings to mind a magical, fashionable world. I instantly fell for this sheer turquoise midi skirt and loved the sweet print paired against leather and fur. For me, the juxtaposition between pretty and tough is always interesting and Bui’s designs are the perfect way for me to experiment with this aesthetic. I can’t imagine anything better than being wrapped in this collection while partaking in romantic picnics or watching the sun bleed into the horizon at a pristine, white beach.
