I can be very habitual about the way I shop, swaying towards the usual websites and high street spots, but last week I took the opportunity to check out Polkadot Boutique located just adjacent to the escalators on Hollywood Road. They carry a perfect mix of local and international emerging designers, and have a seriously cute collection that changes monthly. I recommend visiting their frequent pop-ups if you are interested in discovering unique designers based in Hong Kong. I instantly fell for their new launch VamaStyle and her SS13 collection inspired by European summers, full of bright colours, light silks, and sweet prints. If you love pretty, stackable jewellery they also have a pop-up this month introducing eight5two, a jewellery collection comprised of pretty semi-precious gemstones and delicate 18K gold plating at very affordable prices.
