We also loved dining at UNO MAS, the hotel’s lively Spanish restaurant. The vibrant atmosphere, live Spanish music, and entirely Spanish wine list created a fun and immersive dining experience. The traditional Segovia-style suckling pig carved tableside added a memorable theatrical touch to the evening.
