The suite was beautifully designed with generous space for a family, a separate living area, and floor to ceiling windows framing direct views of Tokyo Tower, a sight that never got old, especially when the city lit up at night.
The hotel’s Club Lounge was truly exceptional and elevated our stay in every way. Mornings began with a relaxed breakfast offering both Japanese and international options, perfect for easing into the day. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a beautifully presented tea service with pastries and light bites, a welcome pause between sightseeing adventures. Evenings were the highlight, with decadent cocktail hours featuring hot and cold tapas, thoughtfully crafted dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and an impressive selection of Moët Champagne and world wines. It felt indulgent yet relaxed, and surprisingly family friendly.
Location wise, ANA InterContinental Tokyo is ideal for families. Set in Akasaka, it offers easy access to multiple subway lines, making it effortless to explore Tokyo’s iconic neighbourhoods while returning to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The concierge team was outstanding, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our stay seamless, whether arranging transport or offering tailored recommendations.
Dining at Cascades Café was another standout. The buffet was generous, beautifully presented, and delicious, offering something for everyone, from Japanese favourites to international comfort dishes, making it a stress free and enjoyable option for family meals.
