Between partaking in picturesque days at the beach and long breaks from the internet it has been slightly difficult to keep up with daily posts. I’m currently obsessing over the new Maurie & Eve collection, anything sheer, silk, and printed, and exploring Hong Kong’s islands through daily runs and hikes with the boy.

What I wore last night.. I am completely aware this is just an iPhone mirror pic, but there wasn’t time for much more. Do you ever wonder if you are wandering down the right path? Do you ever wish to express exactly how you feel without consequence? Was today perfect because we were alone? Contemplation can be dangerous to a stressed mind, but if you look forward rather than right over one shoulder your hopes and wishes may be just around the corner. I have always been optimistic. I find it an alluring and attractive trait, and without it how could we dream?

Just a quick hello because there aren’t enough hours in the day to say more. The sun has been brightly gracing us with it’s presence so the boy and I have been taking long walks, runs, and lazy days at the beach. Off to a Tommy Ton x Club Monaco event now.. More pics soon!!

not too far to reach

What my life has been lately… heart palpitations while unwrapping boxes of new season deliveries, being delighted by the perfect pair of sunnies which I believe can will the rain away, obsessing over the entire Charlotte Olympia collection perfectly displayed on Pedder Street, eating far too much meat at barbeque’s and hotpots, discovering new picnic locations a few steps from home, traditional comfort food while snuggled cozily in bed, afternoons at the beach and weekends in the country, getting closer to those I love, and hoping my best friend will depart London to come keep me company here in Hong Kong.

I know the posting has been sparse, but I have excuses speedily scurrying around my dizzy mind. To say I’m overwhelmed would be an understatement, but sometimes you have to learn to suck up your emotions and tread through the masses of strife to get to where you need to be. I’m getting there, but it doesn’t mean sometimes I just want you to give me a easier way.

Have spent the entirety of Sunday recuperating from the craziest of Saturday nights. Having so many friends in a tiny club in Hong Kong always results in far too many drinks and a hazy memory of the night before. Nothing pizza, Tylenol, tea, and a pile of fluffy pillows won’t cure. Goodnight for now!
