Stolen Girlfriends Club blazer and Pieces Leopard Print leggings both available on Asos.
Voting for Asos Future Stylist Round Two has begun!!

Wearing prints has always been a daunting task for me.  Especially in the form of trousers.  I generally sway towards printed accessories or bohemian dresses, but I thought it was an opportunity to not predictably pick the expected and experiment with leopard print and denim.  So not me, but just enough rock n’ roll edge to keep me satisfied.  I think the secret ingredient to wearing printed jeans or leggings is most definitely sky high heels.

Mara Hoffman cardigan (available in Christing C. sale), Egoist tank, One Teaspoon shorts, Louis Vuitton belt, Asos socks, Cheap Monday wedges.

My default outfit this week… a cozy grandpa cardigan with a unique twist, baby soft white tank, destroyed denim shorts, and knit socks because I keep forgetting to purchase tights.  Unfortunately I managed to misplace the hat after a raucous, sake fuelled dinner and am pretty sure it would be inappropriate to repeat this outfit in the presence of anyone who has been in my company these past few days.  Partaking in a chilled night in bed with the boy before heading to the countryside for the weekend.  My mood is definitely craving a little momentary silence.

AA sweatshirt, vintage skirt from Portobello market, Asos socks, Cheap Monday wedges.
Just a casual Sunday outfit.  I wore this camouflage skirt last night, but dressed it down with the most worn in American Apparel sweatshirt for an afternoon with the boy.  I started my brunch with the usual bloody mary, the boy managed to consume four eggs, we agreed Oolaa’s orange juice is extra delicious for a reason we cannot decipher, and quickly rushed home before the Australian Open final.  I am now tucked tightly into bed contemplating a nap while observing the boy cheer for his favourite tennis player.  Nothing beats a lazy end to the weekend.

Please don’t forget to vote for me as Asos Future Stylist!  It would mean soo much to me if you guys could help me get to Round 2.  You can vote once a day!! Thank you in advance for your amazing support!!

Kite & Butterfly fringed jacket from my-wardrobe.com, Asos top, Topshop shorts, Miss Selfridge hat, Jeffrey Campbell boots.

I’m atrociously horrible at goodbyes.  I find the entire ordeal awkward and sometimes unnecessary.  In a generation with Skype, Facetime, video chatting, emails, Facebook, Twitter, and many more apps and programs, the world seems like a far smaller space.  My brother and I currently live continents apart, but chat several times a day (Thank you iPhone and Whats App.)  He gives me details of his weekend away in Phuket, while I keep him updated on London snow, packing difficulties, and random meals out with the boy.  I have lived in numerous countries, switched schools more than a handful of times, and have family scattered on all sides of this earth, but never feel far from home.  A few minutes with my computer or phone can allow me to reconnect and keep in touch with friends and family across the world.  I know there are people waiting for me in LA, Seattle, New York, Boston, Taipei, Tokyo, Korea, London, Hong Kong and each time I visit I will feel right at home, regardless of how many years have passed.  Luckily my family aren’t big on drawn out goodbyes either, and a casual “see you next time” will always suffice.  I guess we know we are just a plane ride away…
