December is the month of gifting and giving to loved ones, but for me it’s also a month of receiving 🙂 My birthday just so happens to fall a few days before Christmas so I spend the months leading up to this generous and love filled month hinting and compiling a list of things I hope to unwrap before New Year’s Eve arrives. It’s Fourth of July weekend and despite the fact that there’s minimal celebrations going on in this city, the weather is embracing sun, blue skies, and lighthearted moods. The boy and I are celebrating with plenty of yacht time, creating sangria recipes, grilling fresh seafood, and staying out of the shade as much as possible. Throw all your favourite stuff together and wear it out. I’ve been wearing a variation of this outfit all week, basically due to comfort and the random HK weather which is a little hot and cold at the moment. I decided to throw on my Bliss Lau collar over the top to add a little bit of luxe to an altogether sloppy look. I love this piece which you can wear in four different ways and is perfect for random layering. Off to enjoy the non-rainy weather and share a bottle of wine with the boy.
