First two days in Milan. Trying to adjust to actual Autumn rain and wind, devouring at least six meals a day, nurturing my ever growing obsession with Prosecco, visited the breathtaking Lake Como, and played babysitter to quite literally the cutest child I have ever met.

Off to Paris in less than 24 hours!

that time was like never, and like always

It’s starting to feel like a European summer here in Hong Kong. Goodbye to humidity and unbearable heat, and a warm welcome to bright sunshine and cool breezes. The boy are in the habit of lunch breaks at the neighborhood park. Coffees, brownies, and a harbour view is the perfect way to pass a slow hour.

i think i made you up inside my head

The end of a prolonged weekend, and the end of procrastination. I must delve into the longest to do list ever created, but am sharing a few recent images first.

Long days on the water, sipping champagne against Aqua’s picturesque windows, exposing my delicate palate to the deliciously french Ciroc vodka, learning that pollution creates the most breathtaking sunsets, and fueling my growing obessession with baseball caps.

That’s all.

in a far off land

Aje skirt available at Christing C., H&M jacket, AA tank, Topshop heels.

I always imagined this skirt was inspired by an urban tinkerbell, so photographing it amidst a tree filled garden joined by slivers of sunlight seemed more than appropriate. It is refreshing to escape Hong Kong’s thick city buzz, and breathe a lighter atmosphere. The boy swears there’s tranquilizers in the air here, which explains why we spend most of our free hours asleep. I am making full efforts to clear my mind, and unburden my heart from the last few months. My bright eyed, optimistic self is coming back in full force.

Bodkin

Bodkin Plasma dress (on sale at Christing C), Louis Vuitton belt, AA socks, Zara boots.

I have decided Bodkin make the best knitwear. From their chunky recycled wool Caos sweater to the ultra sheer long sleeve Catalyst top there is enough variety to keep me happy in heaps of snow or on a breezy beach. I decided to throw on the uniquely knit Plasma dress during a rushed moment just before leaving home. My brother’s well used Louis Vuitton belt was added as a last minute afterthought and actually made the perfect accessory.

Bodkin is in the sale at Christing C. and apparently this was their last season 🙁 Get it while you can…the Caos sweaters are disappearing fast!
