Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is the ideal luxurious choice when staying in one of Bangkok’s most bustling and popular areas. We loved the new property featuring decadent suites, stylish design, and incredible city views. Their suites are spacious and sumptuous with an option to add a connecting room for those travelling with children. Days were spent shopping at all the surrounding malls and sampling a plethora of local eats all on the hotel’s front step. The kids couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool and Dan and I were grateful to find a fully equipped gym and spa. The Regency Club Lounge was a sanctuary each evening after a busy day, where we enjoyed evening cocktails and the kids hungrily devoured the hearty freshly prepared dishes. Service always came with a smile and they were quick with recommendations and assisting with any bookings we required throughout the city. We highly recommend dining at Market Cafe during your stay and trying the insanely delicious all you can eat seafood feast complete with river prawns. A relaxing and luxurious choice for families who are looking for comfort, great location, and spacious rooms during their time in Bangkok.

The Lotus Suite was designed to impress, boasting two spacious ensuite bedrooms, a huge lounge area, and stunning rooftop terrace with private dining table and jacuzzi. We were only a few minutes walk to plenty of shops and eateries and found easy access to Bangkok’s popular sights. The staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home throughout our stay and we would highly recommend the property for both short and long term stays. We absolutely fell in love with Koh Phangan during our few weeks on the idyllic island and Silan Residence was one of our favourite villas we would consider for long term stay. The modern and luxurious complex encompasses beachfront villas and two pools on stunning Chaloklum Beach. Located at the heart of the sleepy fishing village, we had the opportunity to experience local food and culture while staying in the comfort of the well equipped villas. Rooms had plenty of space for families with children, a kitchen and dining area, and relaxing outdoor space overlooking the crystal blue sea views. A weekly market takes place each week right outside the residence and there are longtail boats on your front step if you are looking to explore the famous Bottle Beach or one of the national parks. An ideal choice for families or travellers looking for comfort, modern amenities, optimal location, and a glimpse of local life.

Our two bedroom villa was spread over three floors and offered all the modern comforts we desired and more. Two en-suite bedrooms can easily sleep a bigger group and the stunning rooftop overlooking sea views and the colourful sunsets was the only place we wanted to spend our evenings. Our villa was located steps from the expansive swimming pool and we were only a few minutes walk to Hing Kong Beach where you can enjoy delicious seafood and sundowners at the many bars and eateries. The staff are friendly and accommodating at Zee going out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and have all the best tips for the island. Breakfast was served in-villa and included plenty of healthy options. We loved the local Thai fare from the on site restaurant and the tropical cocktails at the poolside bar were hard to resist. If you are looking for luxury, style, and comfort at the heart of Koh Phangan, it’s hard to find better than this decadent boutique resort.

The drive to Quartz House is steep and winding, lifting you out of the bustling street to a secluded paradise. Our children were giddy as they tumbled out of the 4×4 jeep to find sweeping 360° panoramic views and a spectacular house perched at the top of Koh Samui. Quartz House is one of the most unique properties we have experienced on the island. The large, spacious villa incorporates five ensuite bedrooms, 10,000m2 of garden, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, refreshing swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a dining table fit for dinner parties. We loved relaxing in the breezy hammocks or sumptuous sala area and the kids found so much to do as the spaces are incredibly family friendly. Each bedroom has plenty of privacy and can accommodate extra beds or cots for those travelling with small children. Each day we prepared meals as a family in the rustic and inviting kitchen and enjoyed sea views and starry nights. The kids made full use of all the green grassy spaces, and there were even toys and slides available. The tranquil ambiance ensured all our troubles melted away and it was an amazing experience to be in such peaceful surroundings as a family. We highly recommend Quartz House to families or groups looking for a serene and unique property to unwind and isolate. Perfect for both short term and long term stays while visiting Koh Samui.
