As we embarked on our first international journey in over a year, I was worried about new travel restrictions and logistics of layovers with the new rules in place. We were flying from Bangkok to Maldives with a 12 hour layover in Singapore. A daunting feat with two young children. Luckily we found out that Aerotel Singapore was an option for transit passengers and had rooms that fit families. What a relief to know we could shower, feed our kids, and sleep before the last leg of our journey.
As soon as we disembarked our flight a member of the Aerotel team were there to greet our family. We were able to avoid waiting in lines with other passengers or walking our kids across the airport to the transit zone. A comfortable and efficient buggy expertly navigated through all the mew airport checkpoints and ensured we were checked in and in our suite within 10 minutes of arrival at the airport. We settled quickly in our family room which incorporated two large bedrooms, a cozy lounge, and full bathroom. Our stay included one meal for each of us with Kids Menu options and snacks and water. We were able to sleep and shower before the next flight and the staff escorted us straight to our departure gate before boarding began. Aerotel made what could have been a stressful and tiring journey a relaxing and easy process. We arrived at our destination well rested, happy, and ready to enjoy our holiday.
