Treat your family to a five star ski vacation at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz Carlton Reserve. The stunning property boasts elegant and stylish interiors, personalized service for each guest, unforgettable dining experiences, and world class guestrooms. As a family of four we fit comfortably in two connecting rooms. Each space featured sumptuous beds, a cozy lounge area, and decadent onsen style bathtubs. Direct views of Mt. Yotei greeted us each day and the attention to detail in the amenities and housekeeping ensured a truly luxurious stay. We throughly enjoyed the dining options at Higashiyama and highly recommend their restaurants which serve fresh Hokkaido ingredients in an intimate and sophisticated setting. The breakfast buffet was ever changing with healthy fare, Japanese specialities, and a la carte options. Both the lunch and dinner menu at Yukibana was mouthwatering with casual dishes or decadent tasting menus available. Dinner at the sushi bar is a must if you want to try the freshest Hokkaido seafood while experiencing a traditional omakase, and we loved the ambiance in the bar area complete with open fire and snowy mountain views. A free shuttle ensures you can easily reach Niseko’s world famous slopes and the hotel’s private and public onsens are a perfect way to unwind after a big day of skiing. An ideal choice for those seeking refined luxury and a unique property while visiting the Niseko region.
