Spent a windy Valentine’s Day dining outdoors and slowly passing a quiet afternoon. I am very partial to drinking in daylight. There is something slightly decadent, forbidden, and very French about the entire experience. It also helps that this commercial holiday happened right after a very long weekend in HK, so every venue seemed deserted as we sipped and chatted until sunset. Perfect timing for skipping all the extortionate v-day set dinners and celebrating with the masses.
