This weekend was all about brunching and early bed times.  I’m kinda confused as to how it passed so quickly, but I guess sleeping takes up a lot of time.  The boy and I are learning to take time out just for us, something we have become pretty addicted to since our month on the road.  Hong Kong can be incredibly fast paced, but there are always pockets of serenity where you can hide and disappear for a few days.

I know I have been missing in action on this blog lately.  The absence of a DSLR is the main reason, but I promise it’s return on Tuesday!

This week has been jam packed with one event after the next, delicious lunch dates, obsessing with Maurie&Eve prints, my worst hangover to date, attempting to cure throat a infection alongside nightly parties, interviews with a barely there voice and my beautiful cousin dropping by for a far too short visit.

Sweater from boutique in Taipei, Maurie&Eve floral shorts coming soon to Christing C. Cheap Monday wedges, and Givenchy nightingale.

The boy has been feeling slightly under the weather, so we have taken the opportunity to set up camp in our living room and hibernate for almost the entire week.  Endless flow of home cooking, long forgotten movies, pizza deliveries, and the largest stack of pillows ever seen.  Sometimes it’s enjoyable to disappear.

We managed to get out for a few hours last night before rushing home.  An outfit post was neccessary.
