What is the easiest way to place the material aspects of your life into labeled cardboard boxes? How do you evaluate the worth of an item? While I sit amongst piles of my “things” contemplating the value of each belonging, I wonder what causes a possession to hold sentimental meaning. In an era where all photographs are digital, where music and films reside in our phones, and fashion can often be cheap and disposable, is anything irreplaceable?
